Laasdhure wells field - Hargeisa Somaliland
The project “P101-110 Supply and Installation of Pipes Fittings, Valves and Accessories including Civil Works – Lot 1” aims to increase Hargeisa Water Agency service delivery capacity by increasing the water production.
The project will connect the new wells field in Laasdhure (aquifer discovered by Terre Solidali in 2014 in the frame of a EU funded project), to the Geed Deble booster station.
In phase_I three boreholes will be connected; the system has a capacity of 100 lit/sec
The project is funded by SDF.
Project Duration: 2022-2023.
- Engineering Review
- Supply of HDPE pipes (8 km) and chambers fittings
- Construction of flow-line and trunk line
- Construction of three borehole pumping stations (LD4, LD10, LD 11)
